Position Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our Revive Floorcare Division. The Client Service Representative coordinates general business activities and the needs of Revive Floorcare clients through courteous and timely service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering the phones, timely booking of appointments, and calling to confirm appointments
  • Maintaining pleasant demeanor and commitment to customer service
  • Serving as first point of contact for clients thus setting the tone of the experience
  • Providing directions from any major artery within the city; obtaining directions through use of mapping technology as needed
  • Providing introductory information to new customers
  • Remaining current on service offerings and member pricing and the time needed to conduct certain services
  • Following up and ensuring that customers are satisfied with services
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
  • Ensuring client retention and repeat business
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Redirecting client challenges to management as needed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
  • Two years of related experience or relevant coursework
  • Positive, enthusiastic personality
  • Good oral and written communication skills
